At the helm of Cornerstone Club’s dining experience is Bret Pafford, an esteemed executive chef with over 26 years in the Food and Beverage industry. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Pafford honed his skills in acclaimed kitchens across New York and California, where he worked alongside culinary legends like Sottha Kuhn and Jean-Louis Palladin in addition to leading the kitchen at Gannon’s on Maui.
Chef Pafford’s expertise spans a multitude of cuisines, from Italian to Middle Eastern. His culinary journey, influenced by his travels, brings a sophisticated and unique flavor to Cornerstone Club. Renowned for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and his innovative approach to cooking, Chef Pafford’s creative menus make for exceptional dining experiences.
